سياسة الاسترجاع

Return or exchange service is available under the following conditions:

• The shipment must be in the same condition as received.

• Products must not be opened or even have the outer packaging unsealed.

• The service will be processed within 5 business days, with the customer bearing the service fee.

• The maximum time to apply is 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

• If any of these conditions are not met, the request will not be accepted.

• In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our mistake, the return or exchange service will be free of charge. 

 

خدمة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع متاحة وفقًا للشروط التالية:

• يجب أن تكون الشحنة بنفس حالة الاستلام.

• يجب ألا يتم فتح المنتجات أو حتى فتح الغلاف الخارجي لها.

• يتم معالجة الخدمة خلال 5 أيام عمل، مع تحمل العميل مصاريف الخدمة.

• أقصى مدة لتقديم الطلب هي 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الشحنة.

• إذا لم يتم توافر أي من هذه الشروط، فلن يتم قبول الطلب.

• في حال استلامك منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا أو خاطئًا بسبب خطأنا، ستكون خدمة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع مجانية.
